The PRT Art And Craft Teacher at Doon Oxford School | Ludhiana will design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum while encouraging students to explore creativity. The teacher must create age-appropriate projects, ensuring safety and quality in every activity. Collaborating closely with the Art And Craft department head, you’ll develop materials and resources that inspire both students and peers. Regular classroom observations and feedback sessions will help refine teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
You’ll organize extracurricular art events, such as workshops and competitions, to boost participation and showcase students’ talents. Ensuring proper maintenance of school art supplies and equipment is also part of your role. The teacher will document student progress through portfolios and assessments, ensuring compliance with academic standards. Participation in school-wide art exhibitions and parent-teacher interactions will further enhance your role.
