Qualification
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for this position. A graduate background in arts or related fields is preferred. TET/CTET certification is beneficial but not mandatory for this role. Experience in teaching art and craft to school children is highly valued.
Experience
Two years of teaching experience in a school environment is required. Familiarity with Punjab’s school curriculum and educational standards is advantageous. Experience with diverse student backgrounds will be an asset. Passion for arts education and a patient approach to teaching are essential.
Compensation
