Role Summary
Tagore School in Bikaner, Rajasthan invites applications for the position of NTT English Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. As an NTT English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to students of various age groups. The successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students of various age groups.
2. Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
3. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school events.
6. Develop and implement English language learning materials.
7. Conduct extracurricular activities, such as English language clubs.
8. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate English language learning.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* TET/CTET certification is preferred, but not mandatory
Good to Have:
* 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Knowledge of local languages, such as Rajasthani or Hindi
* Familiarity with English language curriculum and pedagogy
