What You Will Do
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Ophthalmology.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Ophthalmology and publish papers in international journals.
- Supervise Ph.D. students and guide them in their research.
- Develop and implement curriculum for Ophthalmology courses.
- Participate in academic and research activities of the department.
- Collaborate with other departments for interdisciplinary research projects.
- Evaluate the performance of students and provide feedback.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the department head.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Ophthalmology or a related field. A post-doc experience is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have a valid UGC-NET with JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) or SLET (State Level Eligibility Test) score.
