Pedagogy and Tools (specific to Physics — practical methods, tools, lab or activity work)
At Akshay Public School, we believe in making Physics an engaging subject for our students. As a Tgt Academic Coordinator Physics Teacher, you will be expected to design and implement practical Physics experiments, use interactive visual aids, and create interactive simulations to facilitate student learning. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Physics laboratory and ensuring that all equipment and materials are in good working condition.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement Physics lesson plans for grades 6-12, tailored to meet the needs of students with varying learning abilities.
- Conduct Physics experiments and demonstrations in the classroom and laboratory settings.
- Use digital tools and multimedia resources to create engaging Physics lessons.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Collaborate with other subject-specialist teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive Physics laboratory environment for students to conduct experiments.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives to improve student outcomes.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure student learning in Physics.
- Provide support to students with special needs in Physics classes.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the position of Tgt Academic Coordinator Physics Teacher, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field (M.Sc. or M.A. Physics). A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) is also required. CTET or TET certification is not mandatory but is preferred.
