What You Will Do

1. Plan and deliver Hindi lessons for Nursery and Kindergarten classes, incorporating phonics, storytelling, rhymes, and playful learning activities.
2. Develop and implement engaging classroom activities that promote language skills, creativity, and emotional development in our young students.
3. Use a variety of teaching methods, including activity-based learning, to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
4. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and use data to inform teaching strategies.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
6. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
7. Attend school events, meetings, and professional development sessions to stay updated on the latest teaching trends and methodologies.
8. Use technology, such as educational software and multimedia resources, to enhance teaching and learning.
9. Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that values diversity and promotes social-emotional learning.

Required Qualifications

Must Have:

* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or a related subject
* CTET or TET certification (not required, but preferred)
* 2 years of teaching experience in a Nursery or Kindergarten setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with young children and their families

Good to Have:

* M.A. or M.Sc degree in Hindi or a related subject
* NET or SET certification
* Experience with phonics, storytelling, and playful learning methodologies
* Familiarity with the Tamil Nadu State Board curriculum for Hindi
