How You Will Teach
Lessons will run on interactive smart boards with built-in Hindi fonts and handwriting recognition. Google Classroom will host weekly worksheets, audio pronunciations, and video explanations. The school’s LMS tracks each student’s Hindi vocabulary growth and suggests follow-up activities automatically. Daily planning happens inside a shared digital calendar so every teacher knows what’s coming next.
Day-to-Day Duties
Create and upload weekly Hindi worksheets to Google Classroom before Monday assembly.
Record short audio clips for correct pronunciation and share them on the LMS.
Run 10-minute smart-board drills on vowels, consonants, and simple sentences.
Conduct live interactive quizzes using the LMS quiz tool twice a week.
Prepare colorful flashcards for new Hindi words and print them for classroom use.
Organize monthly Hindi recitation competitions on the smart board.
Use the LMS analytics to identify students who need extra practice and assign remedial exercises.
Attend the weekly tech integration meeting to share ideas and receive updates.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Hindi (M.A. Hindi) or equivalent with B.Ed.
Minimum 2 years of full-time Hindi teaching experience in primary classes.
Familiarity with smart boards, Google Classroom, and any LMS is preferred.
Experience in Tamil-medium schools or bilingual environments is an advantage.
