Job Description
The Accountant None teacher is responsible for providing instruction and guidance to students in basic accounting principles, financial literacy, and numeracy skills. This role requires a qualified and experienced teacher who can effectively communicate complex financial concepts to students of varying skill levels.
Teaching Methodology
- Student-teacher ratio: maximum 30 students per teacher
- Class sizes: average 25 students per class
- Teaching approach: student-centered, hands-on learning with a focus on real-world applications
- Lesson planning: teachers will be expected to create and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of students
- Assessment and feedback: regular assessments and feedback will be provided to students to ensure they are meeting learning objectives

Primary Duties
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 year of teaching experience in a similar role
- Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with financial software and technology

Salary and Compensation
- Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
