* Participate in parent-teacher meetings and keep parents informed about student progress.
* Attend school events and contribute to the school's cultural and academic programs.
* Maintain a well-organized and student-centered classroom environment.
* Use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
* Take part in staff development programs to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
* Be available for extra help and support students outside of regular class hours.
Who Should Apply

A Bachelor's degree in Tamil literature or a related field is required, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed the TET or CTET exam.
