- Create and manage classroom resources, including digital materials, to enhance interactive learning.
- Mentor junior teachers and support them in developing effective teaching strategies for English.
- Coordinate with the department head to integrate interdisciplinary projects that utilize English language skills.
- Participate in school‐wide initiatives such as language fairs, debates, and literary competitions, promoting a culture of reading and expression.
