About This Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced PRT Music Teacher who will join our Music department at Ravindra Bharathi School, Tolichowki. As a PRT Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Music to students from grades 1 to 10. You will also assist in developing and implementing the Music curriculum, and participate in school events and activities.
What You Will Do
* Teach Music to students from grades 1 to 10
* Develop and implement the Music curriculum
* Prepare and conduct Music performances and events
* Assist in organizing Music competitions and festivals
* Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects
* Assist in assessing student progress and providing feedback
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making
* Develop and implement Music-related extracurricular activities
Eligibility Criteria
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
* TET or CTET certification (not mandatory)
* 2 years of experience in teaching Music to students from grades 1 to 10
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Passion for teaching and commitment to student learning
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: Rs.15,000 - Rs.30,000 per month
