Your Students
Our students come from diverse backgrounds and have varying levels of musical experience. As a TGT Music Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive classroom environment that caters to different learning styles and abilities. You will teach Music to students from 6th to 10th standard and develop their musical skills through a range of activities, including singing, playing instruments, and composing music.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons to students
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Music into the curriculum
- Organize school Music events and performances
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Music or equivalent
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- CTET or TET certification (not required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Music to students from 6th to 10th standard
