We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Physics educator to join our esteemed faculty at our premium Tier 3 school. Key Responsibilities
Teaching Methodology
Design and deliver Physics lessons using a blend of traditional and modern teaching methodologies, with a strong emphasis on digital integration.
Utilize interactive simulations, virtual labs, and augmented reality (AR) applications to explain complex Physics concepts.
Incorporate gamification elements to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Develop and implement flipped classroom models, where students prepare for lessons at home using digital resources and class time is dedicated to problem-solving and discussions.
Create and maintain a digital classroom environment using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom, Moodle, or Canvas.
Utilize student response systems (e.g., Kahoot!, Mentimeter) to gauge understanding and provide immediate feedback.
Leverage adaptive learning platforms (e.g., Khan Academy, BYJU’S) to personalize learning experiences for students with varying abilities.
Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless integration of digital tools in the classroom.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Physics or Education is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in Physics, preferably in a technology-integrated classroom environment.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms, such as LMS, virtual labs, and interactive simulations.
Proficiency in using smart classroom technologies, including interactive whiteboards, document cameras, and student response systems.
Strong understanding of EdTech trends and their application in Physics education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students in a digital learning environment.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching methodologies.

Student Performance Metrics
Achieve a minimum of 85% pass rate in Physics for all classes taught.
Ensure at least 70% of students score above 80% in term-end Physics assessments.
Improve average student scores in Physics by 10% compared to the previous academic year.

Maintain an active and engaging online presence for the class, with at least 90% of students participating in digital assignments and discussions.
