Primary Duties
Design and deliver high-quality, engaging, and differentiated Physics lessons for students in Grades 9 to 12, aligned with the school’s curriculum and examination standards.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies, experiments, and demonstrations to foster a deep understanding of Physics concepts and their real-world applications.
Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Plan, organize, and supervise co-curricular activities such as Science clubs, Olympiads, and inter-school competitions to promote a culture of scientific inquiry and excellence.
Collaborate with the Head of Department and fellow teachers to design, review, and update the Physics curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant, rigorous, and aligned with national and international standards.
Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance, attendance, and behavior, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Lead a team of 2 to 4 Physics teachers, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to enhance their teaching skills and subject knowledge.
