What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver lesson plans for grade 1 to 5 students
- Conduct experiments and activities to promote hands-on learning
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and cater to different learning styles
- Develop and implement a range of assessment tools to measure student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's Evs curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
Required Qualifications
A graduate degree is required for this role, with a specialization in Environmental Science or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for teaching positions, and TET or CTET certification is preferred. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Evs to students, and will be passionate about creating an engaging and interactive learning environment.
