Role Summary
Prt Academic Coordinator Job in Muzaffarpur acts as the backbone of curriculum planning and assessment alignment at The Global Shepherd School. Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and monitor the monthly academic calendar for all classes to avoid overlap and ensure balanced workload.
Organize and lead weekly coordination meetings with subject heads to review lesson progress and address gaps.
Prepare quarterly assessment blueprints in consultation with senior leadership to align with The Global Shepherd School’s learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate academic records, including attendance reports, assessment results, and resource utilization logs.
Coordinate with external agencies for textbook procurement and ensure timely distribution to all classes.
Facilitate teacher orientation sessions on new academic policies and assessment tools.
Oversee the Prt Academic Coordinator Vacancy in Muzaffarpur by assisting in onboarding new academic staff.
Prepare detailed reports for the principal on academic performance, challenges, and required interventions.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Education or related field from a recognized university.
