What You Will Do
As a Tgt Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinating with teachers to develop and implement academic plans and policies.
- Supervising administrative staff, including secretaries, peons, and other support staff.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Liaising with parents through regular meetings and updates on student progress.
- Coordinating with the management to implement new initiatives and projects.
- Conducting regular staff meetings to discuss academic and administrative matters.
- Ensuring overall efficiency and effectiveness of the school's administration.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a post-graduate degree in any discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a school or educational institution. Preference will be given to candidates with B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualifications or those who have cleared TET/CTET exams.
