Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and implement unit-based projects and field trips to reinforce classroom learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to design cross-curricular activities that integrate Social Science with other subjects.
Participate in school-wide events, such as cultural fairs or debates, to promote student participation in the subject.
Provide timely feedback on student assignments and assessments to guide improvement.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend departmental meetings and planning sessions to align teaching strategies with school policies.
Conduct parent-teacher interactions to discuss student progress and address concerns collaboratively.
Participate in professional development workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or a related field.
Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for teaching roles in Gujarat.
Two years of teaching experience, preferably in Social Science or a relevant subject area.
Preference may be given to candidates with TET/CTET certification, though not mandatory.
