Required Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in Psychology or Counselling with a specialization in child or educational psychology.
Minimum 3 years of experience in psychological counselling within a school or educational setting.
Knowledge of child development and adolescent behavioural issues is essential.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
Excellent communication abilities in Hindi and English for effective counselling.
Organizational skills to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate records.
