Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join the team at swami Vivekananda Gurukulam, Dhalbhumgarh, East Singhubhum, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students, and will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the school.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Greet and receive visitors, parents, and students, and provide assistance as needed.
2. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the school's communication systems.
3. Handle cash transactions, manage petty cash, and maintain the school's financial records.
4. Maintain the school's database, including student and staff information.
5. Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure efficient communication and task completion.
6. Manage the school's inventory, including supplies, materials, and equipment.
7. Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, printing, and binding.
8. Ensure the school's reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in any field is preferred. However, candidates with a strong educational background and relevant experience will be considered. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is essential.
