Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and supervise undergraduate students pursuing research projects in mathematics, guiding them through literature reviews, data analysis, and presentation of findings.

- Prepare detailed reports on student progress, assessment results, and research activities for internal review meetings.
Research & Leadership
- Maintain an active research agenda, publishing findings in peer‑reviewed journals or presenting at national conferences.
- Serve as a liaison between the mathematics department and external academic bodies, fostering partnerships that enhance research opportunities for students and faculty.
- Chair the department’s research committee, setting priorities, reviewing proposals, and ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field; Ph.D. or master’s with a minimum of 55% marks is preferred.
- Three years’ experience in teaching mathematics at the college level, demonstrating a strong record of student success.

Compensation
