TGT Physics Teacher Position at Hollotoli School in Dimapur
Hollotoli School in Dimapur seeks a dedicated TGT Physics Teacher to join its team and inspire students with engaging physics lessons. The role requires enthusiasm for science education and a passion for making complex concepts accessible through practical demonstrations and interactive teaching methods.
The teacher will prepare and deliver physics lessons aligned with the Nagaland curriculum, ensuring clarity and engagement for students. Daily classroom instruction will include experiments, problem-solving sessions, and hands-on activities to reinforce learning. The role also involves assessing student progress, maintaining detailed records of performance, and collaborating with the science department to develop innovative teaching strategies.
A strong grasp of physics fundamentals, including mechanics, electricity, magnetism, and modern physics, is essential. Experience in designing experiments and using educational technology for physics teaching will be highly valued. The teacher must also assist in organizing science fairs, workshops, and extracurricular activities to foster a love for the subject among students.
A postgraduate degree in Physics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is preferred. Familiarity with the Nagaland education board’s syllabus and a commitment to maintaining high academic standards are required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.17,000 to Rs.30,000 per month in Dimapur Sadar, Nagaland.
