Facilitating group and individual music activities, including performances and recitals, to build confidence and teamwork.
Collaborating with the school’s curriculum team to integrate music into broader educational goals, ensuring alignment with Odisha’s school syllabus.
Maintaining discipline and ensuring a positive learning environment while supporting students with varying musical abilities.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for this role. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is highly preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is an added advantage.
