Day-to-Day Duties
- Conduct science classes for students from class 6 to 10.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of students from diverse learning backgrounds.
- Engage with parents through regular parent-teacher meetings and progress updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan science fairs, exhibitions, and other community events.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to evaluate student learning.
- Conduct experiments and demonstrations to illustrate scientific concepts.
- Encourage students to participate in science competitions and Olympiads.
- Maintain a safe and organized science laboratory, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Develop and implement science curricula that align with the CBSE standards.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree and have a strong background in science. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching science is required.
