PAY STRUCTURE:
The Principal None Teacher shall be paid on a monthly salary basis, as per the School Education Department's approved salary scales.
RESOURCES AVAILABLE:
The School shall provide the Principal None Teacher with the following resources:
1. A fully furnished office with necessary furniture and equipment.
2. A desktop computer with internet connectivity and necessary software.
3. A printer and scanner for official purposes.
4. A vehicle for official travel, subject to availability and approval from the School Education Department.
5. A mobile phone with monthly recharge for official purposes.
6. Access to the school's library and other resources for professional development.
7. Training and capacity-building programs as required by the School Education Department.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Minimum Duties:
1. To manage the day-to-day activities of the school, including attendance, conduct, and discipline of students and staff.
2. To ensure smooth functioning of the school's administrative and academic activities.
3. To maintain and improve the school's infrastructure and facilities.
4. To prepare and implement the school's annual budget and financial plans.
5. To ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the school.
Preferred Duties:
1. To develop and implement the school's strategic plan and vision.
2. To promote partnerships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders.
3. To enhance the school's academic performance and reputation.
4. To provide leadership and support to the school's teaching and non-teaching staff.
5. To foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
The Principal None Teacher's performance shall be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. Effective management of the school's administrative and academic activities.
2. Compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the school.
3. Maintenance and improvement of the school's infrastructure and facilities.
4. Preparation and implementation of the school's annual budget and financial plans.
5. Leadership and support to the school's teaching and non-teaching staff.
6. Promotion of partnerships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders.
7. Enhancement of the school's academic performance and reputation.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION:
The Principal None Teacher shall be paid a monthly salary of Rs 90,000 (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), along with the following benefits:
1. Dearness Allowance (DA) as per the School Education Department's approved scales.
2. House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per the School Education Department's approved scales.
3. Leave Travel Allowance (LTA) as per the School Education Department's approved scales.
4. Other benefits, including medical and accident insurance, as per the School Education Department's approved policies.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The Principal None Teacher shall work in a rural general school, with the following working conditions:
1. The school shall be open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
2. The Principal None Teacher shall be required to attend school on all working days, unless on leave or authorized absence.
3. The Principal None Teacher shall be required to work in a safe and healthy environment, with adequate lighting and ventilation.
4. The school shall provide necessary facilities and equipment for the Principal None Teacher's work.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
All applications shall be addressed to the School Education Department, with the following details:
1. A cover letter stating the applicant's qualifications, experience, and interest in the position.
2. A detailed curriculum vitae (CV) highlighting the applicant's educational qualifications, teaching experience, and leadership skills.

CONTRACTUAL TERMS:
The Principal None Teacher shall be appointed on a contractual basis for a period of two years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
The Principal None Teacher shall be required to sign a contract with the School Education Department, which shall include the following terms:
1. The Principal None Teacher shall be required to serve the school for the entire term of the contract, unless relieved by the School Education Department.
2. The Principal None Teacher shall be required to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the school.
3. The Principal None Teacher shall be required to maintain the school's infrastructure and facilities.
4. The Principal None Teacher shall be required to promote partnerships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders.
5. The Principal None Teacher shall be required to enhance the school's academic performance and reputation.
By signing this contract, the Principal None Teacher acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of the contract.
