Design low-cost, high-impact learning kits using local materials to make every Evs lesson tangible and memorable for students.
Monitor student progress through anecdotal records and simple rubrics, sharing insights with parents during open-house interactions at Good Shepherd Matric Hr Sec School. Organize quarterly field trips and nature walks that connect textbook concepts to Tenkasi’s hills and water bodies. Collaborate with the science and social-studies teams to create cross-curricular projects that strengthen environmental literacy.
What you bring
Graduation in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET is preferred but not essential. Minimum two years of Evs teaching experience in a primary school environment is required. Prior mentoring of junior teachers or leading a subject club will be considered favourably.
Career trajectory and growth
After one year of consistent performance, the role transitions into a full HOD position with additional stipend and departmental budget oversight. Compensation and benefits
